Beginner course
Beginner courses are available nationwide through Pass Expert. If you are new to all this and have no idea where to start, look no further. With a Pass Expert beginner course you will get all you need to pass your driving test.
All you need to start the ball rolling is a valid provisional license. If you are unsure which beginner course is right for you, click here for the guides to each beginner course. We will book your theory test, provide online practice and arrange your first lesson with your specially chosen instructor.
If you are still unsure what is the best course for you, ask us about arranging a 1 hour assessment lesson. This is a two hour assessment with an instructor, who will provide feedback and recommend the best course for you. The recommendation will take into consideration a number of factors. These factors include your speed of progress and general ability and should help you to make that final decision.

Beginner Courses in Detail
Beginner courses range from 30 hours for a confident beginner to 40 hours if you feel slightly nervous about driving. In your first lesson you will learn about the cars controls before actually having a go at moving off. The aim will be to push you to your maximum capability without overloading you. This lesson will always be in a quiet residential setting and it won’t be long before you’re on the main roads.
Learning to drive should be fun, especially as a beginner as you will be spending a lot of time with your instructor. That is why at Pass Expert we use only grade A or ‘high’ grade B driving instructors. We have a high pass rate for beginner courses, thanks to our efficient course arranging and expert instructors.
